The whole team I interacted with was very thorough, quick, professional, and SO kind! Especially the woman at the front desk and the woman who was general manager! I loved getting to work with a team of awesome women who know how to get the job done right 💪 I really feel like Caliber Collision went above and beyond. It was very convenient to also be able to leave my rental car there to be returned to enterprise! They also replaced some light bulbs free of charge for me in addition to fixing everything associated with a recent accident. I really appreciated help from a team who wasn’t trying to take advantage of my ignorance around car related repairs :)

They were fantastic! They kept me updated the whole time each week at least 2x weekly on where they were with the repairs. They were quick so I didn’t end up needing my rental car beyond what would be covered. Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and great communication! They know what they are doing!

They were wonderful! I loved seeing so many women on the team and they were all so kind and accommodating. They even let me pick my car up outside of business hours when they were finished with the car to accommodate my work schedule. They went above and beyond.

Hello I am satisfied with the work on my 2024 Mach-E. The color is not 100% perfect but I am Happy with the outcome. A perfect match would have been time consuming and cost. But they worked within my budget and the outcome is well worth the effort the Caliber people performed on my car.
