I was very hesitant to take my car in, but I truly appreciate the great experience I had with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jen was excellent about providing updates and answering all of my questions along the way. Jess was amazing…very accommodating, and my car came back even cleaner than when I brought it in. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out. You can truly tell they take pride in their work. Still waiting for the right parts. Bumper was not lined up head lights not adjusted wiring harness not clipped back in just dangling and bolts missing from the left inner fender. And waiting on the right bessels. They were supposed to pick it up from my house today and fix it and I get a call at 445 asking me if I could leave it at my house tomorrow for pickup because the wrong parts came. Really I should have went somewhere else
