Harlan was amazing!! He got me in within less than 24 hours for my estimate/drop off, helped coordinate the rental car pick up and drop off seamlessly, and had my car back to me after many repairs and a paint job in just a little over a week! Hopefully I don’t need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely come here!

Door handle fell off, a lot of tape residue and molding is not on right, and foam is sticking out. Very dissatisfied! Customer service is great but workmanship is subpar.

Dallas was very thorough with explaining my car repairs. I was impressed with his knowledge of the make and model of my car. I was very happy to see that my car was clean when I picked it up. I appreciate the care and dedication that was taken to repair my car. Also the fact that they returned my rental to Enterprise for me made everything so smooth. I had just gotten off work and really didn’t want to make several trips, what a blessing. Honestly from the time I was picked up by Enterprise and taken to Calibur Collision to the time I received my repaired car was hands down the best service I’ve ever had! Thank you.

My insurance USAA, was on top of it. I had a three-way call with my insurance and caliber collision and they got an appointment for me. Same day, I got my estimates for my vehicle within a 24 hour. Period, it was estimated for my car to be done in two weeks and it was less than that. Five days earlier. I’m very satisfied and impressed with the touchup and repairs the did for me.

The front left bumper panel came loose after my last repair several months ago. Apparently the bumper brackets were worn and were not keeping the bumper in place anymore. I was relieved when Harlan found a part to replace the old one at a discounted price and replaced it a no cost to me. I am very grateful for the excellent service and. My car looks good as new!
