The team did a great job repairing the car parts that were covered by insurance. The did NOT complete any of the additional repairs that I had said I would self-pay for. Even though I discussed with Harlan during the initial intake and again with his colleague the following Monday when Harlan was not available. I didn't get a call asking if I wanted to cancel my self-pay repairs, you just didn't do it. Harlan took responsibility which O appreciated and the general manager said he would cover our rental car while they completed the remaining repairs. So I am pleased with how they are handling the situation. I look forward to seeing the car after the other repairs are completed

Overall the repairs was amazing. What needed to be fixed was completed. Although, after repairs there is new damage to the right front wheel well that was seen and still waiting on when car can go back in to get fixed.
