Everyone on your team was professional and friendly. From the reception area where I was listened to and offered help and a cup of coffee. I didn't see a technician until I fully understood the process and my insurance coverage: I never felt rushed or ignored. The service was great until I picked up my car and it looked amazing!

You had my car for 2 weeks only to return it with gaps of space around da headlights where you cut the bumper to far around the headlights! You also brought my car with no explanation of the headlamp service light being left on! You just parked the car, jumped out of it, got into the service vehicle & said nothing! Not good service at all!

We received our vehicle back on Friday, earlier than expected. It’s only been a few days, but the car looks good. One Tire was low this morning and may have a leak. The lot at Calliper had debris and worried we may have picked up a nail or other piece

The two front counter women( I believe one by the name of Andrea, I can’t remember the name of the other one. Were the nicest when it came to telling me the information I needed to know and what to do at the time. They were patient and are great at executing. Then I spoke with Michael and he was such a great guy. Made me feel comfortable in the act of looking at the damages on my car. Told me it would be an easy fix. I than receive a text message from them a week later. Saying your g70 is ready for pick up. I was shocked from how fast it was done. So I make my way towards the shop the next morning and when I tell you that car looked brand new again. I Mean it. Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on my car and their customer service did a wonderful job on my emotions! Thank you.

The experience was honestly quicker than I thought. I’m 31 and this was my first accident, someone ran a red light. I scheduled, took my car and a few days later they were texting me saying that they were done. Great customer service, smooth process, they cleaned my car. The front desk lady even helped me get to the other rental car place because the insurance didn’t send a request to the location next to this one. You guys are so sweet. And you went above and beyond.
