I found Caliber Collision Tempe very unreasonable not willing to work with me not cooperative, hi so at times on the phone but she I'm not satisfied with my vehicle at all I felt as though that it was if I was of another race it might have went a little different I feel like I was in just lead on I mean I just don't even know how to even continue with the dissatisfaction that I'm feeling

everything that I asked Caliber Collision was not mad I wasn't willing to work with me was this response about times I was told I was going to call and updates and it wasn't called two days later sometimes I have to call myself to find out what the update was I needed a courtesy vehicle they wasn't even willing to meet me for a courtesy vehicle after working on my vehicle I mean I was just very dissatisfied with the customer service poorly very very poorly and I will definitely pass that message on to as many people as I can how dissatisfied I
