From walking in the door to leaving with my vehicle everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated on my repairs even had it ready a head of time.

The paint has way too much orange peel, needs a good cut and buff job. There is lots of tap residue on the back lift gate and overstay that I am going to have to buff out and also alot of overspray on the front passenger window. Job was completed quickly but I wish more detail and a cleaner job would have taken place over speed. Definitely not what a $3500 job should look like.

The team at Caliber was super helpful and made all of this easy. My only feedback is that the waiting area was extremely overstimulating. The lights were flickering, noise level unbearable. When picking up my car I chose to wait outside I. 90 degree heat rather than sit in the waiting area.
