Your manager Jamie is outstanding. He has a very friendly, helpful and caring way about himself, while having a (get it done) work ethic at the same time. He shows that he and the company care and that the client is not just another number on the company's bottom line. The techs are pleasant and informative, and did a very good job on my car repair. Additionally, my client rep (Rick) was very nice and timely in sending me the repair information, he gave an accurate cost estimate, and he made sure that my car was ready by the repair completion date.
