Chase, Thomas, and the front desk team were courteous and professional. They kept me informed about the status of the repairs and provided a realistic timeline. To my surprise, my vehicle was ready today, instead of 7/31. They provided superb service.

I asked them to put in a set of matching headlights and I would pay for the one not covered by insurance. The young man said “no problem “ I also needed a small clip on the inside door and the young man said “no problem “. We both agreed I would pay for the light and clip so my daughter car would be safe and ready. We picked up the car today and neither was completed. My daughter was upset because the young man promised he would get it completed. This was very unnecessary and hurtful to myself and daughter. Please don’t make false promises to customers it very upsetting.
