I was told I would be informed on Thursday if the repairs of my car could be completed on Friday or the following Monday (I was not in a hurry and did not require a courtesy car.) I wan't informed until Friday and my car was ready. I had just returned from a trip to Columbia to Lugoff, where I live. The late notification required me to make an extra round trip to pick up my car.

Everyone is so friendly and personal. Worked closely with Wanda, Chris and Larry and they make you feel like part of a family, work with you if there is something extra needing to be done and make sure you are completely satisfied. I needed new tires that I needecto buy so they ordered them for me and put them on while they did the collision work. Saved me so much time! We love the Caliber team!!
