Allowed me to bring car in 3 days before scheduled drop off because I was departing for vacation on drop off day. Upon completion they notified me to verify pick up because I was still on vacation.

The person I interacted with was Mr. Billy. He and whomever else did a phenomenal job with my Honda CRV. I appreciate that I was kept in the loop via text message and phone call. This whole process was a smooth as butter. I will be referring people here so long as I’m in the Columbia area. If I ever need a repair/body shop, I’m coming back to you guys.

I did not feel I was kept updated regarding the repairs even after being told I would be called. The text message updates weren’t accurate and I had to continuously call for updates.

The repair took longer than expected due to the parts not being there but I felt I had to follow up on my own. My car is also no longer drivable. I had it towed to the dealership and they shared there could be an issue with the door
