Billy and the general manager friendly and awsome. Despite mix up with service dates and times they were helpful with getting in for the repairs. Kept me updated every step of the way and it only took 1 wk to get my car back. Definitely will use again hopefully no time some though.

Dina (I think that’s her name!) from reception, Billy, and brunette dude with tattoos and 4 daughters were all amazing. They were very accommodating, quick to assist, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to during brief waiting periods. No one enjoys the process of getting their car repaired, but Caliber Collision made it as easy and as much of a pleasant experience as possible. Will definitely go back if I ever need repairs in the future. 12/10 recommendation.
