First off, Michelle the receptionist was great. But when I picked up my vehicle I found that the door worked on had a dull area the size of a football. It looked like they missed painting or clear coating there. I went in to notify Greg. He brought out a rag and a spray bottle and tried buffing it out. It made it a little better but when I wasn’t happy about it he started saying my car was old and it was the paint sometimes reacts funny and some other nonsense to make me just accept it. I reluctantly drove off and as I did a code came up, VSA, that was not there when I left the car at Caliber. I called them when I got home and told Greg about the code and that I wasn’t going to live with the big dull area. I had researched the VSA code and a diagnostic scanner could remove it. He said the code could not have been their fault by working on the door but to come in the next day to see if the technician could do something but my car probably had something wrong with it. When I got there a body repair man properly buffed out the dull area and supposedly a tech removed the VSA Code. I pulled out and the code came on. I went back to shop where Greg denied vehemently what they did caused the code. No way, he was 100% sure. He they got on the phone and asked a man if he would be there that afternoon. Then Greg said that man had an actual Acura scanner but it would cost me $600 if he worked on my car and he found that the code appearing was not caused by Caliber working on it. I left not willing to come back for that kind of money and went home to watched few YouTube videos. I went to a parts store and had the battery and electrical system checked to eliminate that possibility. I checked my tire pressures to eliminate that causing the code. I called my mechanic to make an appointment and then I tried clearing the code myself to see if cleared that it would stay cleared. It said to use a paperclip to short Pin 4 and Pin 9 on the OBD-II connector while manipulating the brake pedal and ignition. That worked, no code. Simple as that in 2 minutes. By using a Memory saver when they disconnected my battery, all the settings in my car like seat settings, radio, and clock did get erased anyhow AND THE VSA CODE APPEARED. That Caliber tech did nothing to research how to clear that code in an Acura and in front of 4 men, Greg tried to make me look like a fool for saying the garage caused the code when they worked on it.

I found some spots which look like green paint on the car, 4 of them. Small, but stubbern and I'm not sure what to use to remove them. I also found overspray on the left rear tire. I tried to scrub it off, but it will not leave. There is something on the right front rim. Additionally, there appears to be some sort of adhesive on the hood and a wierd reflection on the paint... not sure how to remove what looks like adhesive. I have pictures of these items. Please advise. 724-266-3269 / 802-999-5577 thank you.
