When I brought my wife's car in for an estimate, I stated I wanted her front end repaired from chips and so on as well. I did pay close enough attention to the original estimate, that the front end was not on their. That's my oversight. Also there were marks above the drivers side door needing buffed out. Anyway, pictures were done during the estimate so I thought all of this was being done.

There were somethings that could have been done better or handled differently, some of which was out of your control, but overall I was happy & would recommend Caliber.

I think being more proactive regarding parts & thinking outside the box would have been helpful & expedited the process. The dealings with your Honda parts distributor could have been better. The used part that was substituted should have been scrutinized better.
