This shop was quick to get my vehicle in and repaired. Other shops were booking three months out. I haven't driven the car much so its difficult to give an exact number. The car was not cleaned or detailed. This is totally disappointing given the car was in an accident and needed cleaned.

Scheduled appointment at Wexford, they called and rescheduled on me, then when I dropped the car for the rescheduled appointment they told me they were sending it to Coraopolis because they still couldn’t fit me in at Wexford. They didn’t walk around the car with me prior to me leaving it. Then when I called to check on it at Coraopolis as I hadn’t received and text updates and it was taking a long time for such a small fix, I was told that it was done but they had no way to get it back to Wexford. Got to Coraopolis and while the repair looked good to my eye, no one walked around to discuss it with me and we didn’t receive any detailed notes on the repair with photos ahead of picking it up. I had a repair done at Caliber on Morison Road in Denver CO and their customer service knocked it out of the park compared to these 2 Pittsburgh locations. When I worked with them, I was updated and informed about every stage of the process. None of the above negative things were the case there, which is why I left them a glowing review on Google after the fact. You all made me feel like an inconvenience with the amount of times you brought up how you had no staff and how many cars you needed to work on right now. I had the appointment scheduled through the location, there shouldn’t be any big backup if you are working on the cars in the order of the schedule that you yourself made. Send your workers to Denver to learn a thing or two about the right way to treat a customer. Hopefully the repair actually holds up or I will be even more unhappy with my experience at Caliber Wexford and Coraopolis.
