Everyone was very curious and kind. They acted as if they really were trying to do all that they could to get my van back into tip top shape so that I wouldn't have any problems. Caliber Collisions keep me abreast of the vehicle repairs process and they gave me time estimations for when the van might be ready. When I picked up the van it was clean and they explained everything that was done.

After I picked up the vehicle and started driving the right signal light had popped out of place and was hanging by wires , , the interior of my vehicle and something splatter all over the roof of my vehicle .. Manager had explained to me that they will take care of it , was ok with that .. Then I decided to listen to my stereo and can tell that the speakers were blown , what I think happens was someone drove my vehicle while it was waiting to be picked up by me , cause that was not how I turned it in. This was the second time I had my vehicle services there and will not recommend this company for any service , the quality of service had changed signifacntly , very disappointed with the way it was handled ,
