Eloy was such a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful and always stayed on top of things making sure the service was done timely and accurate. I really appreciated how he mentioned that if any questions or concerns came up after that he would be more than happy to address them, but I’m sure nothing will with the service provided. Though I’ve only needed to use Caliber on a few insurance occasions (and try not to unless necessary, but very glad I chose this specific shop for service), it has been a very positive experience!

I had a very positive experience having repairs completed by the Ayers location. Not only was Eloy on top of everything and kept me in the loop, I really appreciated how he mentioned that if anything came up to let him know and he would address it and really put me at ease. I try to keep any insurance repairs as minimal as possible and only if needed (And who doesn’t?), but I would definitely recommend this shop for repairs and specifically Eloy over your project for complete satisfaction. Thank you again for the great customer service and quality of work getting my Bronco back to looking like it was never damaged in the first place.
