Had our truck for 4 months. Lack of communication regarding the truck. We had to call repeatedly for updates to be told 2 more weeks every two weeks. After being promised feb 2 as a pick up date, we called to ensure the appointment at 330 the day we were supposed to pick up our truck and trade it for another vehicle to be repaired and our advisor was no where to be found. So after 3 months we finally got a supervisor, he seemed to never have heard anything about our truck but quickly investigated and the truck was completed in 1 month. He however did not remove the service advisor as we requested since we had been lied to for 3 months. He made us continue to work together another month. We would have removed our truck the day we talked to the supervisor but he assured us that it was in pieces and could not be towed. When we picked up the truck. The bed was filled with trash, the inside smelled damp, items were still broken even when it was on the estimate originally provided by the insurance company, items that were removed were not replaced like the tie downs in the bed of the truck and scratches were on the parts recently painted from where it looks like they reinstalled the headache rack. After these items were addressed in the parking lot before removing the truck to our possession, we were told a bill would not be submitted before the truck was properly fixed as listed on original estimate by insurance company. We didn't make it 10 minutes down the road before I received an alert from my insurance that the bill had been submitted and paid. Damages were found that were not included on the estimate provided by insurance and was missed by repair shop also. We were told a supplemental would be submitted. I received a voicemail saying that they called but it was denied. I called the insurance and no supplemental was ever sent. Which is also what shows on my insurance account, since we are copied on all estimates invoices etc regarding our vehicles. I have had vehicles repaired at other Calliber Collisions and had the best experiences. Even as recently as August of this year we had an amazing experience with another caliber collision. We will never return any vehicle to this caliber collision. The communication is nonexistent, the customer service is severely lacking and no one appreciates being lied to. The only good part about this location was the super friendly and helpful receptionist

Took an insanely amount of time to complete repairs. Should’ve been told of issuing ordering parts after the first week, not three days before the insurance stopped paying for a rental. Even after parts were ordered and repairs were started the cost of a rental car out of pocket for the time repairs were being done was over $1000 and that was a compact where all my family could not fit. Not happy about it, but nothing I could do, repairs and deductible were already paid and I was stuck with the bill. Would not recommend anyone going there in the future.

They assumed the wrong area code delaying my service by a week and then blamed me for it cost as additional $300. Out of my pocket plus the $500 deductible with a total of my car being in the shop for 3 weeks. Totally unacceptable

Excellent workmanship. Timely progress and service personnel as well as the Receptionist were very accommodating. I'd recommend Calibur service 100% over South Side Paint and Body to everyone.
