The experience was unbelievable. Everyone knows out there body shops can be a nightmare, not here, caliber collision professional from start to finish and let me just mention JohnRiley general Manager Colorado caliber collision recommended this shop and spoke with them directly and arranged the appointment, which you know is hard to get in and get the estimate done.. I can’t express enough how pleased I am with the work service and communication start to finish absolutely unbelievable I recommend this to anyone. I mean anyone looking for Auto body repair and paint on their automobile. !!!!! They did misspell my name and it is actually Scott AKERS oops👊🏻

My car is damaged on the opposite side that it came in for repairs on. There is paint on my windows. The back drivers side rim is painted the wrong color. A small scrape that i asked for an estimate on, i did not get an estimate for and somehow it’s even more damaged than it was before. We did not do a full walk around, they just showed me the drivers side which was the only side supposed to be fixed. When i got home i first noticed the paint on my windows and then did a full walk around and saw all of the damage to the passenger side. There is a massive dent in the front quarter panel that extends to the fender well and passenger door. A paint scrape on both the front and back passenger doors. Scratches on the passenger front mirror, major scratches on the back passenger rim and minor on the front passenger rim. The back passenger quarter panel is way more damaged than it was when it came in. I saw the girl mark it when i brought it in and even talked to her about getting an estimate on a small scrape that now covers have the panel and back passenger door. She said i would receive updates every Monday Wednesday and Friday. I dropped it off Wednesday heard nothing Friday and was rushed to pick it up on Monday.
