Struggle to get everything fixed that happened in my accident did not fix everything that happened in my accident but did good work on what y’all did do but have to go back to get the rest fixed and deal with insurance feel like y’all care more about the insurance company than the customer

Direct customer service is kind, pleasant, professional (very satisfied). But I had to bring my car back twice and after that I will have to find a new location because the repair is still not correct and I do not trust this location to get it right.
