Hood has scratches from accident. I pointed it out to Kayla a week ago when I picked up my vehicle. She said she would look into it. I’ve called several times to follow up and it has not been resolved. Also, since I picked up my a/c is not cooling.

First my name is Daniel not David. But not too big of a deal. My issue is with the time it took to complete repair. I specifically took it there due to my insurance Progressive saying I would have priority repair service. My car sat in the same spot for 2 weeks before ANY work even began. Then about another 2 weeks to be completed. The people working are great. But the time to get work done as a “priority” was non existent.

They did an amazing job on my car. I was worried because of the way my car looked before it was dropped it off. When I picked my car up it looked amazing. It didn’t look like it was ever touched.
