I brought my 4Runner in for a repair to the front bumper and PCS. Fidel was upfront about the time the repairs would take and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They ran into an issue the day I was originally due to pick my vehicle up, but because he explained everything so thoroughly and was honest, it did not upset me. Two days after the set back, my car was ready. If you prioritize communication and honesty, you will not be disappointed using Caliber Collision on Weber.

I noticed that the rubber trim around window on door that was replaced is cracked/cut. Also the black paneling on door is faded and doesn't match the rear door paneling

We dropped off Jeep on July 1st. We picked it up on July 14th. I was told on July 10th that it would be ready on Monday, July 13th but I did not get a call. I had to call around 4:30pm and then I got a return call stating that our Jeep would be ready on Tuesday.
