While my vehicle was at Caliber, the body man broke the cargo rack on top of my car. I Do not know why the rack was broken when the damage was on the front fender. The explanation given was blending the paint. However, this caused another week delay in reparing the car. Other than that, the technician was curtious and kept me informed on the progress. I was not charged for their mistakes.

Service was wonderful! Very friendly environment although I first went in ten minutes before closing I did not feel rushed to leave. I am beyond satisfied with my vehicle repairs and will definitely recommend Calliber Collisions to everyone!

Intial estimate was suppose to be a few days after arrival, but took a week. During this time they did not update their system, exceeding the rental car original set up date. This prompted Enterprise to ask us to return the car and pay for the extra day although we were clearly entitled to the rental car. I did not pay the day I turned in the car, and about a week later before my car was done I was finaly notified by Enterpise that the matter had been taken care of and the I did not owe any money and could come pick up a car again. Now, I asked the buisness about this the day I returned the car, but was I received was BS from them about how it is not there isue with Enterpise, but if they had either indicate the new anticipated estiempate compleation date or completed by the original time, this would not have happend.

noticed many, many problems once I returned- signal indicator doesn't worked, was simply wrapped with electrical tape, overspray , paint didn't match, were several places where paint looks like a worm rana cross it, on the saide of the bumper there are strange lines that were not therre before. All in all, one of the CRAPPIEST jobs I've ever seen. I WILL be back....but only to get these things fixed- oh, and, I told the advisor, the stability control light was on- said he'd check it- surprise, still on.....
