Everybody was friendly and helpful. Richard kept me updated throughout the entire process by text which was very convenient. There were some delays, but hey an estimated date is an estimate after all. The truck looks great. Repairs make my truck look brand new again and thanks for the cleaning of the interior as well. the several times I was there before and after the repair process, the front desk attendent was very busy and many times we had to wait five to ten minutes before being helped. The adjuster was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process.
