The Culpeper VA location provides excellent service. The is my recent Google review: Caliber in Culpeper does an awesome job! I've had a few vehicles repaired there after hitting deer. I recently had my mother's vehicle there to estimate repair costs. The estimator, Dan is super nice. He made us feel welcomed and explained the entire process to us. Caliber is my first choice for ANY of my vehicle repairs. I also like that they work with the local car rental office so I can pick up and drop off the rental vehicle at Caliber. They definitely provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Caliber.

Repairs as far as I can see look great, but when I was looking for my sunglasses I left in the console they aren’t in my truck. Nothing that can’t be replaced. Staff in the office was the best I’ve ever seen.
