They did a great job, my car is better than ever. Their updates were timely and detailed. They really are the best and finished a week early. Everything they said they replaced they showed proof and pictures which is awesome. Highly recommended

Our POC Jackie was very helpful and so nice to work with. She explained the process , kept us informed and was very knowledgeable in all facets of getting our vehicle repaired. She was able to address our questions on time lines, our insurance process and eve our replacement rental. Jackie is well versed in all facets of the process that we felt totally at ease after dropping our car off at your facility; here competence is a real breath of fresh air. And as for the front desk, every one we spoke with was friendly, courteous and very proficient. In summation, our experience with Caliber Culpeper was great and when needed we will use Caliber again.

Car was done sooner than anticipated and I was kept in the loop with everything happening! Went to pic my car up and it looked like I had just drove it off the lot. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to use their service for any needs in the future

I am very pleased with the repairs and the staff I meet at the facility. I was greeted professionally upon arrival and only waited a few minutes before meeting the mechanic assigned to do the repairs. Mike Cooper was professional and took the time to explain what he saw during the initial inspection. Although there was a delay getting the needed parts (Ford issue) I was kept informed of the progress. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle the young lady at the desk was pleasant and professional. Not only did they do the needed repairs, my vehicle was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone needing vehicle repairs.

All the employees I had contact with were extremely polite and professional. The mechanic, Mike Cooper, from the time to explain what damage had occurred and what repairs were needed. The time was extended for completion date, however, that was not the shop’s fault as there was a delay getting materials needed from Ford.

Dirt painted over. There is a spot that has not been fully repaired on the right rear bumper. They left a small rough spot.
