The team did an amazing job, got me in super fast, got everything addressed insanely fast with so much attention to detail, and addressed every concern while educating me about everything as I had questions or concerns. The team always takes excellent care of my family, always recommending anyone to this specific team for any repairs anyone could ever need. Thank you for taking care of my jeep!

As usual, Caliber Collision did an excellent job of repairing our van. Mike Cooper went beyond our expectations and my husband and I were very pleased with his attention to our vehicle.

I couldn’t get anyone to give me information on my car, just told to come back Monday day! Then my insurance company Progressive calls and tells me to pick I’m my car and they aren’t fixing my car! Won’t go there again and will find a better insurance company!

Unless you cannot escape from your insurance network repair shops, your local mom and pop shops would be able to get your fixing done in a much faster and cheaper.

Repairing is not the issue; the issue is the timing. Caliber cannot accept the vehicle until it's two weeks after insurance approval, and it takes another 3 weeks from the time dropping off the vehicle to the time picking it back up. If we didn't have to go through insurance to get this done, we would have chosen other places.

Communication could have been done much better. After dropping off the vehicle, no communication from any rep about the next steps or the progress on fixing it. On the 3rd day, I called Caliber, and the front desk personnel couldn't tell me anything, said the person handling this is out for the day, and will contact me back the next day. No call. I called back, and again, the front desk said the person had taken the day off early and was out again. It wasn't until the next week, a whole week after I dropped off the vehicle, that I got a text stating the anticipated completion date. Got another text about the progress the next day. If texting instead of talking directly and handling everything on a personal level with the customer is what Caliber is going to do, then why not sooner? Texting could have been done immediately after dropping off the vehicle instead of having to waste those times without any communication.

I liked the frequent updates but it took longer than initially promised and as a result cost me $450 of car rental beyond the coverage by the insurance company. I think Caliber Collision should cover this cost. The work seems to be good, no issues.

The experience was fine. The team did a great job. However, there are two issues that Iam concerned with. The tailgate does not open and close smoothly. It is getting hung up on the stricker pins. The second issue is the socket on the side of the truck bed. It says, "4x4 offroad". The one on the driver side is perfectly parallel to the ground. The replaced one was aligned to the body line. When you view from a distance, it is angled and does not look right. I realize this is a major, paint correction, but that is all I will ever see for the life of the vehicle. Other than that, I think the crew did a killer job. Everything looks great and fits tight.

This has been the worst vehicle repair experience I’ve ever had. I’ve trusted Caliber Collision for repairs since moving to Virginia, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed and has completely changed my opinion of the company. After the repairs, my vehicle began experiencing electrical issues that it did not have before it was brought to Caliber. Instead of feeling confident that my car was properly repaired, I was left dealing with new problems that were created during the repair process. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it has left an awful impression of Caliber Collision. I cannot say I am satisfied with the quality of the repairs.
