We have used your service previously and were very happy when we discovered that our insurance, The Hartford, participated with you. It was a great experience for us, from the beginning when we got our estimate to when we picked our vehicle up, we were very pleased with the service, the professional way all was handled, to the in depth emails that we received during the time our vehicle was in your shop. You made it a very stress-free experience. I must say you were very in-tuned with the rental car company (Enterprise)and were able to o-ordinate transportation when it was needed most. Between Caliber Collision, Enterprise, and our insurance, The Hartford, you made not a normally happy experience one that was as good as it could be. Thank you again.
