I particularly like the frequent updates on spare part and repair status. Just one little glitch I noticed once I got the car home -but it was easily rectified. There was a short piece of wood 2X4 in each rear wheel well - probably from towing to/from the dealer. I simply pulled them out. Thanks for the good service!

The facility was bright, clean, and well organized. The staff were amazingly friendly. And I received at least one update per day by email. When my car was first taken to the shop in Leesburg, I was disappointed with the customer service......the front desk personnel were rude and unhelpful. However, when my car was transferred to Culpepper, the customer service was fabulous.

Everyone was so polite and efficient plus I liked the friendliness if your waiting room. My car looked beautiful except for the remains on the windshield of the large sticker you put on it.
