I brought my car in right after I hit a deer. Mary, who was great, priced out my jeep and ordered parts in advance. I dropped my jeep off on December 28th for repair and it was kept A LOT LONGER then expected!!!! January 15th. The repair also cost $4,500 to my insurance company, which I find to be more expensive then it should be. The rep who handled my repair was not friendly like Mary at all. The first time I used this company in August I was pleased. This time I am not. I pick my car up on Monday and I will be looking for a new firm to care for my vehicles in the future.

Upon picking up our vehicle I was a little concerned to see the bug difflector which was damaged in the accident had not been replaced. After contecting our service advisor she assured us it would be straightened out right away. I am an autobody technician so I gave the vehicle a good inspection. I found all panel gaps and panel alignment to be spot on. The paint finish matched the factory finish in both texture and color match is great. This is my wifes new vehicle with low miles and I appreciated the good work and open communication with our service advisor.
