Truck repair is awesome. Found vehicle had rough vibration at high speed. Took vehicle back to shop. Found the tire removed for repairs was 1.5 ounces out of balance. Repair shop personnel balanced tire. Majority of vibration went away. I will have to take vehicle to tire shop and have other tires balanced. If this does not solve the vibration issue more investigation will need to be done too discover cause. Improper towing procedure? Hoping it is just balance.

Its great that my vehicle was ready prior than expected but receiving misinformation on the finishing process through email was an inconvenience but the staff was great as well as the repairs!

Culpeper office was helpful to deal with but Fredericksburg office was very rude. Woman at Fredericksburg office was unable to help me locate my vehicle. Spent 90 minutes waiting at Fredericksburg office before being told my vehicle had yet to leave Culpeper. Wound up having to drive 45 minutes to Culpeper to my vehicle due to issues with towing. Vehicle was done at 11am yet I didn't receive it until 4pm. Was very disappointed with Fredericksburg office when it came down to contacting me. Woman at front desk was rude and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Was unwilling to look into the whereabouts of my vehicle.
