Promise to have this looked at and contacted for replacement. Never contacted. Guess I’ll have to go to another auto service facility.

The work that was done is excellent. The car looks great. Everything works. All my items that were in the car are still in the car. The replaced everything that needed to be replaced.

I don't know anything but mechanic work but the people that meet you at the door Mike , for instance. And the receptionist, very, kind, very knowledgeable, treat me with respect. That's important, but the car driving. Okay, I don't know anything mechanic. Like I said, it looks beautiful from the back like the work has been done properly..

Absolutely wonderful company to work with and to have anyone’s vehicle that needs repairs. I would absolutely 💯 recommend caliber collision to anyone who needs their vehicle repair, painted or any other vehicle 🚗 repairs. Wonderful staff . Sarah , Mike and I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names but even the hard working staff behind the scenes that handles with great care for anyone and everyone’s vehicles 🚗. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for bringing my vehicle back to life that I have to solely rely on and probably the last vehicle I’ll ever be able to get. I will always come back if I ever need repairs again which I mean no harm when I state this but I hope I may never have to again. Thank you for your support, kindness and care that you have given.

Yes I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs because like I stated before they have no problem working with your insurance company while letting you deal with general life and keep the extra stress off of you and worries. Very helpful and understanding and kind staff.

Very kind staff and very helpful and wonderful to work with. I’ve had my vehicles there many of times and they have always done a fantastic job and if there is an error they have always made it right. They’re very helpful with working with your insurance company so you don’t have to and that it doesn’t affect the rest of your general life. They always keep you posted by text or phone to let you know how the repairs are coming along. I would highly recommend them and would forever keep coming back to them if ever I need repairs.

I would not recommend Caliber based on my experience. My repair took approximately a month despite an earlier estimate of about two weeks. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to contact the shop myself for updates. My truck was returned with unresolved lighting issues and warning messages. After being asked to bring the truck back for further inspection, it sat at the shop all day without being looked at. As a business owner who depends on my vehicle, the delays, lack of communication, and unresolved concerns made this a frustrating experience.

I chose Caliber because of their reputation and expected a professional repair experience. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was originally told my truck repair would take about two weeks, but it ended up being in the shop for approximately a month. Throughout the process, communication was limited and I often had to call for updates myself. When I received my truck back, there were still unresolved issues, including headlight and running light problems, turn signal issues, and a warning message related to the headlight system. The shop acknowledged these issues and asked me to bring the truck back for further inspection. I brought the truck back on the scheduled date and was told I would receive an update. Late that afternoon, after I called, I was informed that the truck had not been looked at at all. Because I depend on my truck for my business, I could not risk leaving it there indefinitely and picked it up. I understand that aftermarket parts can sometimes create challenges, but after a month-long repair and a return visit, I expected better communication, a clearer plan, and a vehicle returned without unresolved issues. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
