The body work seems fine but I was shocked that it cost more than $3000 more than initial estimate. Hope this wasn’t a hustle by the repair shop.

I made it clear before leaving the car that I was leaving the country for vacation and wouldn’t return till 12/15/25. I made it clear that I could bring my car after return. They said ‘no problem’ and that it would be there after my return. Despite those statements, ten messages were left on my cell phone and 8 for my husband about pick up. Additionally the insurance agent also emailed me. I was literally harassed and finally had to turn data on and called the company’s answering service. I was 10 hours ahead so calling during my day was calling the repair agency in the middle of the night. I emailed as well but no reply ever received.

I was extremely happy that I chose to bring my car to Caliber Collision. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. The receptionist was quite pleasant. Brian did a wonderful job of getting my car repaired. He gave me daily updates throughout the process. He had my car repaired quickly, did a fabulous job and my car was spotlessly cleaned both inside and out when I picked it up. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and Brian to anyone in need of auto repair.

I am very pleased with Caliber Collision of Delray Beach. I dropped my car off on Monday for front end body work. They said it wouldn't be ready until November 26th, but I got my car back this past Friday. Ryan did a beautiful job!!! Absolutely amazing, like new. He even washed the whole car for me too... Julia at the front desk was so kind and went over everything with me. As soon as I walked through the door she looked up and said hello with a smile! I wish all customer service was like that!!! Working with Caliber Collision was an awesome experience!!!!💯
