I rarely make recommendations, but an exception is in order. Service from both management and mechanics, was excellent.

The car was with Caliber for nearly 6 weeks. The schedule changed many times and the amount of work required changed continuously. I could understand small changes and possibly a bug change once the car was initially opened and Caliber could assess what further damages were there which could not be seen during the initial visit and estimate. The quote quintupled over the course of the six weeks.
