The only problem was the person who called to set up the appointment. Her accent was so heavy that I had a hard time understanding her. She spoke fast and was very abrupt.

I could not be more satisfied with the work that Caliber collision has done. They have now worked on 2 of my vehicles and the work was flawless. I love the updates that they give and the quick turnaround on getting my vehicles back to me. Both vehicles were completed the same week I dropped them off. Also wanted to say that Courtney was a pleasure to work with and when I left my laptop in the rental car on late Friday afternoon, she was willing to stay late for to pick it up, or even come in on Saturday for to get it if need be even though they were closed. I was able to get it that day before she left but, just her willingness to do that for me was enough for me. Thank you very much. customer for life now.

They did a great job fixing my side mirror. They were able to give me a quote and order the parts needed the same day. And the following day it was fixed within a couple hours. Their communication was great and they even cleaned up my car before returning it to me.
