It was a pleasure doing business with your team. From my first call to the time I picked up my car the people I dealt with were courteous and professional. They went out of their way to help me with rental car issues and kept me informed of the status of my repair. Unfortunately, this kind of treatment is uncommon today. Hardly ever use body shops but nothing stood out as overly professional or unprofessional. It’s a body shop

Very disappointed with the service tech and the quality control- the vehicle should have never been returned to the customer with the obvious defects in the workmanship- neither regional nor service manager seemed to be interested in what we were expressing- they kept insisting that they would take another look and make any necessary corrections- again this all should have been done at final inspection before the vehicle was ever presented back to the customer - if we had an option to rate this experience with a “0” we would have chosen the zero rating - I don’t expect to ever do business with this company nor will I recommend to anyone else- I feel that a woman with no automotive knowledge may have accepted the repairs “as is” then would have to deal with multiple future problems
