My car was in the shop for 5 weeks, which is fine, but for at least a week of that time, I was being told my car would be ready the "next day." Also, I kept getting text messages with dates that said when my car would be ready. When I asked someone about the dates on the text messages, he told me, "Oh, those dates don't mean anything." That was so strange to me. The only reason I would give my experience with Caliber a 10 is because of my experience with Louie. He's the best to work with and is the only reason I would do business with Caliber again.
