Everything was really good and the service technician even reinstalled the car seat for me, but the steering wheel felt loose, but I’m not sure if that was just my imagination

I was driving home today from the gym and something fell off the top of the inside of my car and I’m not sure how to fix it again and if it was your fault or what happened just an FYI
