Jennifer at the desk was awesome. However, I felt that Joe minimized my repair request which proved to be problematic. Upon seeing my car, Joe said, “that’s it?” I then felt the need to justify why I was there. Then the repair took over a week and costed way more than “that’s it” led me to believe. It was very disappointing.

The entire experience was seamless! If one has to have an accident, this exceeds the gold standard for how to make up for the hassle of car repair. Most insurance companies would still be arranging the estimate and here we are with our car back and in perfect shape. Well done!
