The repairs seem good so far. My 13-year-old car looks great and is working well. I appreciate that the cost estimate was not inflated, as this enabled the repairs to occur. Mostly, though, I was super impressed by the customer service provided by the young guy who accepted my car and ultimately explained everything to me at pick-up as well. He was extremely kind, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has a great future ahead of him if he continues to provide such top-notch service. Thank you for making a generally unpleasant process a LOT more enjoyable!! I will definitely recommend Caliber to friends in the future.
