Was stuck for an hour due to hail damage claim not being done by the time of my apt with Brenda. I had 4-5 conversations about how my car was already at Caliber for a different claim and that I would not be driving it in for Brenda to check out since the car was already there. Also Gerber would have made the whole bumper look new free of charge.
