Alex was great- so easy to work with and went way above to make sure everything was done correctly.

My Experience

The repairs took a lot longer than anticipated and there were no updates for the first three days. Then the completion date kept getting pushed back even though my car was supposed to have "VIP" status. This was a hassle as I was having to pay for a rental car for two weeks. Then I was overcharged in the end due to my insurance. The people were nice but the service could be better, more communication.

The staff was some of the best I have worked with. The lead on my vehicle is the kind of person every auto shop employee should strive to be like

My Experience

Quality control issues: Installed a used heavily scuffed right tail light which was supposed to be a grade A part. Buffed the lens after I pointed it out. Fuel door was crooked and required straightening. Had to drive back to body shop after noticing inside trunk latch was not functional. After trunk latch was corrected, left the body shop and later found that brake lights and license plate lights were inoperable. Corrected the lighting issues myself rather than taking a 3rd trip back to the body shop. I would recommend performing a safety check for any work where lights and latches are disconnected or replaced. Have 2 techs perform the tests and signoff to ensure customer safety and reduce return visits. When using used parts, I would recommend inspecting as grade A when parts are delivered, a secondary check prior to installing and a final check after installing. The tail light installed on my vehicle was clearly a grade C part with heavy scuffs. It somehow made it through receiving, install and final inspection without raising any flags.
