The interaction with the people in the office was lovely every time. Pat and Justice were both very friendly and helpful. The repairs, however, felt like they took a long time with little clear communication. I also had to bring the car back in to get the proximity door unlock fixed just because something wasn’t fully plugged in. I had to wait two hours because the person fixing my car was on lunch break when I showed up, even though I had called ahead of time. Again, nothing but positive experiences with everyone at Caliber I interacted with, but the back end could use some improvement.
