I liked the results of the first repair job, but I called to have a little body work estimate done, and the appt. was set for 3-weeks from now. Maybe Caliber is too busy to take 10-minutes to look at my car and then provide me with an estimate later. I'll probably find some other company within 3-weeks, such as Gerber, which has me scheduled for later today.

I flew home while the repairs were being made. During that time I received 2 or 3 calls per week with up dates on the repair progress. I was also given a date the repairs would be completed and that date was kept. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!
