In person staff was great I was not given any timeframe on estimated completion of repairs I did call in after a few days and was given a very rough timeframe of when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. I was called when my vehicle was ready for pickup but found out from my insurance company it was ready before being contacted by calliber. After drop off of my vehicle for repair I never received a call with any updates on the vehicle

Luke and the entire Caliber team were fantastic. They were very courteous, efficient and professional. The location was very nice and clean. The quality of the work on my car was excellent and they answered all of my questions. I’ve used Caliber Collision for about 14 years now and I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience working with Rhonda. She was very helpful, very caring, communicative, and I felt like they answered all the questions I had and doubts with ease. They finished the job on my car faster than I thought. So they got me out of there really fast. I also appreciate Eric for coming out and helping me with a minor issue and really brought some comfort to be able to trust them for future work if need it.

Rhonda kept in communication with me the entire time, always updating, and keeping me informed while my vehicle was being prepared. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the repair. Car arrived missing a piece. There was one piece we were notified about but there was an additional piece missing. The car needed to be buffed out at the pickup location...different then the repair location. There were also 3 spots where adhesive needed to be removed. The car was not cleaned.

Repair was not completed upon delivery of car. Electric Kia EV6.10 week repair due to supply chain unavailability of parts. Warning lights indicating vehicle should NOT be driven popped up 12 miles after pickup. Am currently on round 2 of vehicle being flatbedded to shop. Will leave addtl comments after additional work is completed
