Luke’s communication was prompt and the repairs were done quickly! The repairs look great. The only downside is I’ll have to bring my car back in to get the rest of the repairs completed due to parts on backorder, but that’s not Caliber’s fault. Thanks for making the process easy!

I initially contacted Caliber because of some damage to a front bumper. The work Caliber did on that issue was excellent and I appreciated the fact that the car was very clean and nice looking when I picked it up. The work took longer than predicted because the estimate of repair needed changed, which required more parts to be ordered. Several times I also talked to Caliber about whether they could do anything about a crack in the windshield that was getting longer. I was told they were prepared to repair or replace glass and made necessary arrangements with the insurance company, but when I picked up the car nothing had been done regarding the glass. I was told somebody would call me at some point in the future to talk about the glass crack but in the meantime, I have needed to contact my insurance company to make arrangements to have somebody else do something about the glass. It would have been helpful if Caliber had been honest from the beginning about not being willing to work on the glass while they had the car.
