Repair timeline was dragged out by not being able to obtain parts in a timely manner. Bumper replacement and quarter panel paint took almost 3 full weeks to complete. I was very lucky this was all paid for by the other parties insurance as well as a rental car for this time. Enterprise and caliber work great together. Rhonda was very nice and helped any way she could, though the expectation was set early on this would be a quicker fix. They also detailed and washed my car which can be a pricey service, so this was very nice.

Everything looks good, only wish it didn’t take quite as long to complete the work. Due date moved back multiple times due to issues acquiring parts. This may not directly Calibers fault, but I wish expectations were clearer from the start.
