Repair was not completed as discussed. Door repair/repaint was not block sanded properly, resulting in wavy bodywork. I have not been contacted as agreed when the car was picked up

Repair was quoted by one person. When dropped off a second person took notes because they didn’t take the estimate and I was told someone would call me. That never happened. I had to call in order to find out what was happening. At that point I was told they did not complete work as discussed. A poor “customer service” touch up (no fill) was done a repair that was not completed, after escalating it to the manager. Buffing compound was all over the car at pickup and I was told a manager would contact me about the poor quality of repair in addition to the poor touch up paint application. That hasn’t happened and it’s been a couple weeks.

I had to call to get updates, but when I did they were very helpful and polite. My repair estimate got delayed by a week twice (two extra weeks) but they delivered my repaired car to my home and returned the rental for me.

Good communication. However at pick up there was still issues with the car. I would have appreciated having a call before I came to let me know there was more work to do and that i would have to bring it back.

Lack of communication, and I seen pink paint on the front end, which was weird because Nick informed me that they wash the car before I pick it up (not true), once I got home and I noticed pick paint on the mirror. At that point I was just happy to get my car back.
