The front end office, customer service front desk are very professional, they keep me updated on the vehicle from start to finish, they walked me on the completed repair before handing me back the keys, the truck was also cleaned when I picked it up. I highly recommend this shop.

Only reason for the 9 instead of 10 was the lack of proper communication/update on completion date. All updates consistently stated completion a week beyond when the car was done. Obviously great that the car was done earlier, but with my work schedule I was in a bit of a bind scheduling return of the rental and picking up my car etc. No big deal, and Antonette was extremely apologetic.

Overall good experience. Only frustration was the initiation of an internal audit at end of day on a Friday after being told the car would be ready. We weren’t able to get the car until Monday which resulted in us having to pay for 3 additional days of the rental.
