Austin was great! He communicated with me several times a week and let me know what stage my repair work was in and when to expect the work to be finished. I was impressed with the care that was taken with my car and that it was clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up on Friday. Also, the repairs were finished a full week ahead of the initial estimated date. I am totally satisfied with Caliber Collision and the effort Austin made to keep me informed on the process.

I had a very good experience with Caliber Collision. Austin was fantastic! He’s very personable and he was extremely good at communicating with me while my car was being repaired. He let me know every several days on the progress being made in my car and even returned my car to me one week ahead of the estimated time. I was really pleased with the condition my car was in when I picked it up. It was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. This is only the third time I’ve had to have body work done on a car and this was the best experience of all.
