The quote seemed to be low compared to others I had gotten and asked if it would be fairly accurate and was told there could be some additional expenses, but should be pretty close to the quote. The final bill was 60% higher than the quote (Quote: $2098, Bill: $3,490). Please make your quotes with less than a 20% margin of error as the current difference I paid is unacceptable and feels a bit like a "bait and switch" to gain business. Also, Brad couldn't understand why I was upset with the difference in the final bill compared to the quote and felt very unapologetic for the inaccuracies I was given with the quote

Call with Ellom with Great explanation of the process with a follow up email containing pertinent contacts and phone numbers. First meeting with Austin to go over expectations and answer any of questions was very helpful. Austin was professional, informative and friendly. The text updates from Austin and the Caliber team were helpful and comforting. My car was done in exactly 2 weeks from towing. Two weeks shorter than expected. Picking up a clean car inside and out. Thank you.
